Order:

Once you have selected the item you want to buy, add it to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
You can add and delete products to the shopping cart. Be sure to also choose the method of delivery of the goods, the option under the name "Transport" in the shopping cart.
Once you have confirmed the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, on the basis of which we will issue you an e-mail.

Payment for the goods:

Goods can be paid for by bank transfer, and on site by payment card or cash. We can also issue an invoice in the name of the company.

We will issue an invoice to you after we have reviewed the order and made sure that we have the ordered goods in stock.
We will send you an invoice by e-mail in PDF format.
We will deliver the goods from the warehouse only after receiving the payment, within one working day.

Delivery of goods and their cost:

Delivery of goods is possible by ordering DPD, Venipak, Smartpost, Cargobus or Omniva courier service.
The cost of transport according to the service provider's valid price list. Delivery time is usually 2-7 working days within Estonia, maximum 45 working days.

If the purchase amount exceeds the € 50 limit, we offer the Smartpost parcel machine service within Estonia for FREE!

It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself or send your courier for the goods.

Return of goods and withdrawal from the contract

1. In the case of consumer sales (except for sales concluded with a contract concluded by electronic means of communication), HMK Auto OÜ generally does not repurchase goods corresponding to the contract.

2. Withdrawal from the contract in the case of a contract concluded by electronic means
2.1. In the case of a sale made by HMK Auto OÜ via the Internet order center or entered into with another electronic means of communication, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days and return the goods. A consumer is considered to be a natural person who uses the services of HMK Auto OÜ or purchases goods from HMK Auto OÜ outside his or her economic or professional activities.
2.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier of the goods, has physically taken possession of the goods.
2.3. The consumer may, but is not required to, use the attached withdrawal form to withdraw.
2.4. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify HMK Auto OÜ of his decision to withdraw from the contract with an unambiguous written application, which must be submitted at the HMK Auto OÜ office or sent by e-mail digitally signed.

2.6. In order to comply with the term for exercising the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient if the consumer sends a notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Entrepreneur before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2.7. According to the law, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases, among others:
2.7.1. the goods which are the subject of the contract have not been returned in the original packaging (the packaging may have opening signs, but not damaged) and in the original completeness;
2.7.2. used the product in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. (In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the item may only be handled and used as is normally permitted in the store.)
2.8. The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the Consumer.
2.9. Upon withdrawal from the contract, HMK Auto OÜ shall return to the Consumer all received payments under the contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the consumer's chosen delivery method, if different from the cheapest delivery method offered by HMK Auto OÜ) no later than 14 days from the day The consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
2.10. HMK Auto OÜ makes these repayments using the same payment method that the Consumer used to make the payment, unless the Consumer has given consent to use a different payment method. No to the consumer
